Round Conference Tables

Is it rude to fart silently during a meeting (e.g. everyone sitting around a conference table)?

What other choice does the person farting have? Some ppl can get up 3-5 times an hour to go outside and fart. Sorry a typo. Some ppl CANNOT get up several times during a meeting to go outside. I am not joking. I have farted 20 times in one hour. I once read that someone farted 50 times in one hour.

6. yes it is rude, people can SMELL IT. i just advise you not to eat eggs, meat, milk, and beans that morning if you absolutely don't want to pass gas. If not just hold it in.

IF the flatulent problem is THAT bad, then one should dismiss themselves from the remainder of the meeting ALTOGETHER under the general reason of, "I'm sorry, but I'm not feeling well." Otherwise, a quick, brief trip to the restroom should take care of the occasional problem. Have a polite day.

13. I wouldn't make a issue about it, the best thing to do is excuse yourself or eat less gassy foods and/or beverages. Try telling them your not feeling well and need to excuse yourself. Depending on how important the meeting is, just pretend its not you and act yourself. Everyone has gas Its natural.
