- Conferences can be held in any tables of any shape, or no tables. Round tables let everyone to face each other. No one can hide in the round table.
- Round table's make people sit at equal distances and face each other...that's not the case in square or tables of any other shape
- Usually, the chief person sits at the head of a rectangular table and others sit on his both sides. This is where a superiority has to be recognised. Sitting across in a round Table means, all are of equal importance or status. This also helps each to face each other and brings a certain amount of nearness.
