Why right to mineral water and electricity are not Fundamental Rights ?

Have you been to a conference of ministrers of central.state govts on drinking water management ? All of them are in agreement that water from the municipality taps are more than safe for human consumption.And the same is true at the village level as well .But just look at the mineral bottles on top of the round table . They will swear by the purity of the contents and make no bones that they personally do not take tap water even when they considered safe by their quality deptt. Look at the NEON light Sign boards advertising ' HAPPY PERIODS ' and for such products which should have been considered very private otherwise.Have you seen any brationing on the NEON LIGHT advertisements when villages after villages are waiting for their turn to commit suicide on ceiling fan ? What our constitutional experts say on this ? Why we have excesses at one end and scarcity at other places If anything paid for is OK then govt should get out of the offices they occupy to govern .

1. Its all about the green and I don't mean green to save the environment. The privatization of water sources in the US was the reason IRS started to look into ENRON. they were trying to sell United States water sources as a commodity on the open global market.
2. If u have voted ever for drinking water?What u have done/contributed towards it?I can laugh only,when u like brains shows interest in welfare issues.However most of our leaders r interested to get votes and not in providing pure drinking water.They want 80% commission from welfare projects to write project completion reports without doing anything.People need to be stand united on these issues during and after election.If u can?
